Job Description
As a Customer Service Officer you will act as the first point of contact for our customers. You will receive and triage customer requests, assist with basic enquiries and escalate technical and complex enquiries to the relevant teams as appropriate. You will receive and receipt payments, assist with venue hire, and receive, process, and refer incoming applications and registrations as appropriate.
As a team player your flexible approach and friendly communication style will enable you to quickly build rapport with internal and external customers and develop strong working relationships across the organisation. Your patience, resilience and commitment to continuous learning will ensure you thrive in this role.
During the implementation of our new operating system our Customer Service Officers will have opportunity to move around the business to provide support to specific teams. Your versatility and can-do attitude will be essential to the success of this transition.

Base annual salary $61,290 per annum
Annual leave loading of 17.5%
